Allow clients to schedule meetings from the client app

Give an option to schedule a meeting directly from the client app.

Allow the advisor to select a default meeting type for clients and default participants.

Allow the advisor to override the meeting type for specific clients.

Allow the client to schedule the meeting, creating the invitation and link, and showing the link on screen for the client to click to view and schedule.

Prevent the invitation email from being sent at the same time?
